Unique Orthodontics

Wow. Just wow. This experience was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor or dentist. I was so impressed and I could tell my son was extremely comfortable. I didn’t feel intimidated with the experience at all. Their method and structure was so professional. It was truly a Unique experience. Doctor and team were so friendly and informative. I was walked through the whole process and their thought process and what to expect from this point forward. I am looking forward to working with them on helping my son get his smile perfect!

Front receptionist the older lady was rude and needs more education on costumer services. Won’t ever go back to Visalia office only went due to emergency. I do love the Tulare office, very professional and welcoming.Kudos to all Tulare workers!!

First impressions as I walk in was the place looked clean and staff were friendly and welcoming.

They are friendly, and always able to work around our schedule.

I've been waiting to write a review && feel its time. My daughter && I both have braces && I must admit the doctor has been nothing but amazing. As for the dental assistants its a hit && miss with them. I've had a couple of them who are gentle && do good BUT I've had a couple of them who are to rough && one was actually to rough this past week && sure enough that same day my back bracket fell off so now I will be going this week to get it replaced for a reason that obviously was not my fault which is annoying but I guess. As for my daughter She loves the ladies she has had so far which is a plus (to the trainee this past week she said she did amazing for being nervous lol) . Last but not least the lady who helps us with our payments is awesome && very accommodating !!
