I would not normally write a review for dental treatment but I can honestly say Dr. Lam and his staff provided me with an amazing experience from appointment to extraction. After discovering severe decay resulting in a tooth that was not "savable" Dr. Lam suggested extracting the tooth during the same visit. What?? I was expecting a referral to an oral surgeon but Dr. Lam said they aim to make dental treatment as easy as possible, avoiding continued pain and another appointment. A few minutes later, the tooth was extracted and I was on my way. Moreover, the price was very fair which was unexpected. I highly recommend Dr. Lam and the Visalia Care Dental team!

So I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years.. with other dentist they made me feel guilty about my teeth, here at this dentist they welcomed me and never made me feel any type of way. They had me do X-rays and set up close appointment dates for my fills. Dental assistants are super nice and so caring on how you feel. The whole time even while just doing the X-rays she kept asking me if I was okay. And they meant so much!!! The dentist was super nice and goes as far as asking if I’m comfortable with any procedure we will be doing. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic and has changed my whole point of view of going to the dentist. I will forever go to this dentist!

The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. It didn’t take long to be seen, which is definitely a plus. Dr. Gilbert is Knowledgeable and proficient and did complete the job quickly.👍 I would recommend Dr. Gilbert.

I had partial upper dentures made and installed. Before I could get them installed, was asked for a sizable down payment. Several thousand total cost. Dentures BROKE withing six months. I tried making an appointment. Yes come (two months before I could be seen.

Fist time here and I can say this is a great dental office here in Visalia. Got seen quickly and the staff was so nice. Dr. Even gave him a referral to get my wisdom teeth done when my previous office wouldn’t refer me. Thanks Visalia Care Dental!
