Virtual ERs

I have taken my girls here a few time for various issues (broken arm, high fever, allergic reaction) I've always been happy with the care given. The support staff and doctors are great. It is a true ER, so, if there is a patient with a more life threatening problem, you may wait. The longest appointment I've had was 3 hours. Part of that was waiting on the report from the radiologist.

I used Virtual ER yesterday and it worked like a charm, computer to computer. If you have a migraine or a bad cold you can call the ER doctor and he will diagnose you with your web cam. And he can email your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. I don't have to drag my half dead body to the doctor's office. This is GREAT!

Efficient and knowledgeable Doctor! This was a very timely consultation, which is what you need when you have sick kids, in our case it was 2 kids with ear infections.

La atención en la clínica es maravillosa, cuenta con un buen equipo de trabajo ,yo llegué en mal estado de salud,rápidamente me atendieron la recepcionista, la enfermera ,la técnica de radiología y el Dr Quintanilla, muy preocupado conmigo con buena comunicación rápidamente me examinó y ordenó que me realizaran los exámenes ,una vez visto los resultados de mis exámenes, habló conmigo con mucha profesionalidad y competencia médica y me explicó todo, me pasó los medicamentos correctos y rápidamente mejoré, salí muy feliz de la clínica por lo que los felicito a todos al Dr Quintanilla,enfermera Tasha,Rad tech Crisanta y a la Front desk Viviana ,Se los recomiendo a todas las personas que gusten de una buena atención médica.
