Virtua Urgent Care - Voorhees

The care I received was exceptional — the provider was attentive, professional, and thorough, and I truly felt well taken care of during my visit. However, the wait time was much longer than expected for an urgent care. I waited about 1–2 hours, which felt comparable to ER wait times, even though there were only a few people in the waiting room. Two patients who arrived after me, and were walk-ins, were also called back first, and there wasn’t any explanation given. Overall, the quality of care was excellent, but improving wait times and communication would make the experience even better.

I had a very good experience. Nicole, APN, was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and took care of my problem very quickly and efficiently. She was super nice and you could tell she loves what she does. Rose, the medical assistant, was also very wonderful and kind. Would not hesitate to go there again.

I arrived at Virtua Urgent Care today. Ariel was my MA. Ariel is always so nice to me every time I’ve been there. Nicole Pivonka APN was my provider today she is amazing!! Nicole listened to all my concerns she scheduled me to have X-rays and afterwards explained everything to me. She really makes you feel comfortable Nicole is a wonderful person and provider. Thank you Virtua your team is amazing. I will definitely be back and let everyone know what a great experience I had in Virtua Voorhees urgent care.

From the beginning of my appointment, the entire staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. They saw me quickly, but they were thorough. The nurses Monica and Nadine were kind, and listened to me. Doctor Gupta understood my injury, and made sure I understood her instructions. They are equipped to take X-rays which is a plus.

Had a great experience at Virtua Urgent Care in Voorhees! Maritza at the front desk was super friendly and got me checked in fast. Nicole, my doctor, was amazing! She is so attentive, really kind, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything. While we were waiting for my x-ray report she continuously checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. She truly went above and beyond! The whole visit was smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend coming here if you ever need urgent care!
