Very pleasant experience, team was very professional and polite. The office has a new appearance and open lay out. Doctor Jamie is very knowledgeable and pleasant,she actually had read my file, very impressive. She explained her findings and offered some services provided by other doctors in the practice, without trying a hard sell. I would and will recommend Becker ENT & allergy to others.

This was my first time seeing an ENT doctor. My throat had been uncomfortable for two months, and I was hoping to get a full examination. Before going, I thought this visit would only allow for some simple communication, and that if I wanted a full examination, I would definitely need to schedule another appointment, not knowing when it would be. After meeting the doctor Madison, she was very professional and quickly understood my situation. He said that based on this, he could give me a full examination right away. In just half an hour, the doctor examined all the areas that needed to be checked and told me everything was normal. This kind of medical experience was truly comforting and surprising.

I called the office with a concern and was able to be seen the same day. The ladies at the front desk with very kind and made the check in incredibly easy. I was seen without waiting a long time and the doctor I saw listened to my concerns and did a thorough examination explaining everything along the way! I truly appreciated his kindness and definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Shannon is so awesome , I had a lot of anxiety about a lump on my neck ( still do ) but she sent me for imaging right away not even 20 min. after getting a CT scan she called me w/results and was very knowledgeable as it related to what’s going on and quickly put a call in with the Surgeon , Her staff was very helpful and pleasant , Thank you everyone!

I was a new patient at Penn medicine ENT. The staff was extremely welcoming as I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. The wait to be called in was minimal and the wait for Dr. Becker to enter my room was also tolerable. Dr. Becker was very pleasant and attended to my concerns immediately answering all of my questions patiently and completely. I had an issue with my procedure and suddenly felt nauseous, dizzy, sweaty and had blurred vision but Dr. Becker responded quickly and tilted my seat back, instructing me to take deep breaths and gave me a cool cloth for my forehead. Doc stayed with me until I felt back to normal which impressed me because he could have easily had a nurse or PA take over so he could see his next patient. Clean, bright facility; inviting staff, excellent care!
