Virtua Urgent Care - Medford

My son needed to be seen. I think it was a good visit. It wasn’t very long after check in we were seen my son had an X-ray and we were out. Everyone was nice. From Zainab to Demi to Jodie to Dr Donaldson.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Virtua Medford urgent care. In particular, I want to highlight Kaycie and Christine. This facility is packed with ill patients yet both still approached me and everyone else with a smile and positive attitude. We should be celebrating the hard work of these two and the entire staff- they’re working hard to help keep us healthy. I greatly appreciate Kaycie and Christine

I had an excellent experience at this location. The environment is welcoming and well organized, and the service was extremely fast we arrived a bit early and were called in within less than five minutes. I would like to especially commend Kim and Dr. Reiner for their kindness, patience, and attentiveness throughout the visit. I accompanied my younger brother, who is a minor, and Dr. Reiner showed exceptional care by listening to him with respect and patience, even as a teenager, which truly reflects empathy and genuine commitment to patient care. Professional, efficient, and compassionate service. I highly recommend this place.

Had a very positive experience there this morning. Starting with Liz and Kaycie at registration. Greeted warmly, opened a few minutes before start time, very efficient and caring! Then all the care that followed was excellent. Philena, Zanaib medical assistants were great. Dr Karina took her time and considered my medical history. Felt we were in good hands (my husband was also treated). Kim in xray- very nice. Very thankful. You don’t find this kind of care and consideration everywhere. Give them all a raise$$!!!!

Kim (X-ray) was incredibly sweet and caring! Kaycie (registration) was very hospitable Josie (MA) was so nice and calm. Deb (provider) was really thorough and made sure to rule out any possible causes for my pain to get a correct diagnosis!
