I can’t believe I haven’t rated this pharmacy before now. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve probably recommended them to dozens of very happy customers. Marvin and Eric are the best pharmacists in the business. There is no comparison between Boyd’s and the chain drugstores. Every visit here makes you feel like family. Little to no wait time, super friendly and competent employees, and they have everything a pharmacy should have! I’d give them ten stars if I could. Thanks for all the help you’ve given me over the years❣️

Marvin, Eric and of course Ben and the rest of Staff make my visit to the Medford location very enjoyable. Not only do they dispense Rx’s , they have a fantastic supply of health/Medical Supplies!! And if you need a Birthday, wedding or any other Card and a gift they have a great selection for that too. Their services are way above those of the Big Box Pharmacies. They will take time out of their Busy Schedule and answer or advise on any questions you may have. If you are on the “fence” about changing Pharmacies, I would highly recommend Boyd’s to transfer your Rx’s TODAY!! Again, Thank you to all the folks that work at the Medford Location. You’re actually treated like a person at Boyd’s, as a valued and respected Customer. My medications are filled on time and I’m kept informed of all pertinent information. The Pharmacist & Techs are very polite and greet me when I walk in. They also have reasonably priced medical equipment, along with greeting cards and personal care items. Now that I’ve found Boyd’s I won’t ever go back to being mistreated by big store/chain pharmacies ever again!

the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable asking questions about different medications, interactions, and things they sell on the store shelves. They also never give you a hard time or a look when you give them certain type of medications. I've had experiences where the pharmacist has giving me dirty looks or even said something rude when I handed them my scripts there a professional polite and Leslie they are quick they get the prescriptions filled very quickly faster than any of the name brand pharmacies. I love Boyd's pharmacy and will never switch back to any other pharmacy.
