I recently started going to this dental office and was quickly impressed. The staff are nice and welcoming. The procedures are quick, efficient, and everything is handled with care. You can tell that everyone cares about what they do. Overall, I had a great experience and will continue to come back for my cleanings and check ups.

They stopped taking our insurance and didn’t properly explain the situation to my wife. This led to an excessive out of pocket (out of network) cost and a bait and switch situation. I’m no longer going to this dentist and neither will my family. Dr Hoover was different. Under this new ownership it has no longer become about the patient but rather about making money without consideration. Such a shame.

Just got a call today from the receptionist about an appointment I have for the next week. I had to reschedule due to the fact that I was not going to be in town. The receptionist then proceeds to say that they’re booked up until June. It is February right now. I think it’s unacceptable for a dentist to not be able to squeeze you in or have more time slots. This has been the case every time I have had to reschedule as I am out of town for work a lot. I then proceeded to say I will probably just have to find a dentist that has more availability for a potential reschedule situation. Receptionist just says “ok” and hangs up abruptly. Kind of rude and unprofessionally. I will for sure be finding another dentist now. Sayonara

I LOVE THEM! Drs. Ken and Deb Hoover are truly the best of the best. I have been a patient of theirs for over 30 years and consider them friends. They are very kind and compassionate and treat you like family. They offer every dental option available and work with your insurance and financial needs to make every service affordable. Their staff is also top notch! Always cheerful and professional, making your experience a comfortable one. The office is very comfortable and clean. Like being in your own home. And the music played throughout the office makes you smile! I would highly recommend Main Street Family Dental to everyone I know. I very much enjoy going to my dentist which is something most people find scary. I think that pretty much sums up how great they are!

I’ve been seeing Dr Hoover since I was a kid. He’s amazing, does a great job, and makes you feel comfortable every single time. So grateful for him and everyone he works with. Debbie, the receptionist, goes above and beyond and is a wonderful person. Highly recommend!!
