Extremely positive experience, my young daughter felt so comfortable with Dr. Laughlin. He explained everything calmly and gently, he knows how to talk to children. The space is made to help kids comfortable with a playroom area and more.

My two littles had their very first visit at this dentist office. We had been going somewhere else till they decided to no longer take our insurance. But Virginia Family Dentistry was an amazing experience. They were so nice. One of our kids is autistic and they were amazing with him. Great place for kids. Thank you. Kids said they can't wait to come back.

What a horrible place to do business with. Made appointment a month in advance. They call me up 2 hrs from my son's appointment time to cancel because apparently a 16yr old isnt a minor anymore. They had an entire month for me to reschedule but they waited till I left work early to get my kid from school to be at .his appointment on time. Way to go ! Impressive

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jeff and the staff! He talked to me about the my children’s teeth and oral health and not just saying everything is good and out the door! My daughter had her first appointment and it went wayyyy better than I expected!!! So glad I picked a good dentist!l I highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Laughlin and his team are awesome. They’re great with kids. I usually bring all 3 of my boys in for a cleaning together. We are always seen quickly and they are thorough. I trust Dr. Laughlin’s recommendations. He’s honest about what he sees and how to improve their oral health and hygiene by providing intervention when necessary. He is also great about showing you what he sees on the x-rays and discussing best options moving forward and what makes the most sense for your child.
