Dr Wong is a excellent dentist. He explains different treatment options, is patient and answers all your questions willingly without trying to rush you. Would recommend him to everyone. Amanda (hygienist) is wonderful. She took great care when I explained I had sensitive teeth and did not like having my teeth scraped. Best hygienist I've ever had.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Holbert. Despite having a full schedule, they worked me in the very same day for an emergency root canal. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The front desk staff was warm and reassuring, the assistant was amazing, and the doctor was nothing short of exceptional. They explained everything clearly, moved efficiently, and most importantly — I was completely comfortable and pain-free during the procedure. They truly gave me my day (and my sanity!) back. I am so incredibly grateful and would recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for being absolute lifesavers! 💙🦷

The actual visit I finally had was fine. My problem was the originally scheduled visit - when I arrived I discovered it had been cancelled. Apparently the staff send a reminder that I was required to respond to, but they had sent a text to my land line. i heard them discussing why I had not received anything, and as they were reviewing my file, they noted that the text had not gone through. I believe they should have tried an alternative way to reach me instead of just cancelling my appointment. That was a wasted trip to the dentist, although they were able to reschedule me the same week. The care I receive is fine, but the office staff is not.

I had an appointment for a cleaning. Always a tremendous experience with VFD Midlothian. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. I always feel confident they are going to take care of my dental needs and that is why I’ve been a patient for over a decade. Love Dr. Wong and staff!!!

Amber is a stellar hygienist that I have seen for many, many years for my cleanings. Very dedicated to her profession and taking the best care of her patients. I have always expressed that "where she goes, I go". Dr. Crichton always follows up with a cheery demeanor and very thorough check. Emma (front desk) acknowledged me upon my arrival and departure, and she was a wonderful way to begin and end my appointment. Very kind and personable.
