Virginia Braces in Arlington has been such a wonderful experience for our family. My son is a patient with Dr. Jenny, and from day one she has been so kind, patient, and reassuring. She always takes the time to explain what’s happening, which really helps put him at ease. The staff is just as welcoming and supportive — they treat us like family every time we walk in. What I’ve loved most is seeing the change in my son. He used to be shy about smiling, but now he’s so much more confident and excited about his progress. Watching him smile big without hesitation has been such a joy for me as a parent. The office is clean, organized, and efficient, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. My husband and I had a consultation and X-ray, for aligners and braces at this center and this is the best clinic I've been to yet! Truly. From the employees to the technology. The atmosphere when you walk in is very peaceful and clean, and the front desk workers are amiable and happy to help. The chairs are comfortable to sit in and the employees offered refreshments and there was a short wait time once we arrived . Tiarah consulted us and she was so knowledgeable and the definition of friendly and professional. Dr. Jenny was also very professional , friendly and knowledgeable and she took her time to explain each procedure to us as well as what we could expect during treatment and after treatment. What an amazing ortho office. I decided to get braces at 40+ years old. The doctor of this practice Dr. Jenny, is heaven sent. Her level of knowledge , compassion and patience is truly unmatched. The staff in this office is so kind and have a desire to make you completely comfy which was great. I am so pleased with this office. The price and the level of flexibility is the best in the area.
