So a doctor assaults me and I have a whole lobby full of witnesses and he gets to keep his license and yall don't do anything about it? I was in the lobby of the ER, he came out, ASSAULTED ME by hitting me all over my FRACTURED back, violated my HIPPA rights, and yall dont do anything about it? Yall are horrible. You cant do your jobs right. Saying theres not enough evidence. What do you mean?! He assaulted in a lobby full of people!! My dad was right there!! I was crying my eyes out I screamed for him to get off of me. I was in a wheelchair and he held me forward by my shoulder I couldn't move or get away my back was FRACTURED! He could've PARALYZRED ME! You horrible horrible people!
These people are so Draconian that they are the only professional organization I have interacted with that has refused to give me tracking numbers of mail that was sent TO ME BY THEM while theft of my professional mail is being investigated by multiple agencies, federal included. I mean, I have a lot of other feedback as to why they deserve one star, but this is the most nonsensical behavior they have displayed recently.
Remember the Board that investigates doctors all belong to the same club. My witnesses (two other Doctors) were not spoken to, nor were the medical data I sent to back up the complaint. Shame on the medical board for being part of the good old boys club. They are in place to protect the doctors, not the patients. Virginia malpractice law is set up to meet two standards, so unless you die, you can do nothing. I hope if this review is read, my investigator is proud of herself. May you never suffer permanent damage from a doctor and receive a letter stating the Board has decided not to investigate. May you reap what you sow.
The last act of patient care is to certify the death record. In Virginia, Physicians are required to certify a death record within 24 hours after the patient's death record is in the physician's que. VA CODE § 32.1-263, § 54.1-2800, § 46.2-342, § 32.1-283 or 32.1-285.1, § 54.1-2972. § 54.1-2957; Etc. Excerpts of the VA Codes as below: "The medical certification shall be completed and filed electronically with the State Registrar of Vital Records using the Electronic Death Registration System within 24 hours after death by the physician or autonomous nurse practitioner in charge of the patient's care for the illness or condition that resulted in death except when inquiry or investigation by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner." "In the absence of such physician or autonomous nurse
I am surprised and shocked by how short it took to obtain Medical License. All forms emailed to the designated Email ID was replied "received". I had all the documents ready but honestly no delay from the board. Kudos !
