I would like to sincerely thank my doctor for being extremely professional, kind, and caring. I have been under his care for several years, and he has always taken excellent care of my hands and overall health. He listens carefully, follows up consistently, and truly puts his patients first. He is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable doctor, but also a compassionate and respectful person who genuinely cares about his patients. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me over the years. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding and trustworthy doctor. their office manager is a nightmare. I was debating between two procedures and asked her for the CBT codes, and she just lied about not being able to provide that until I pushed for it. Cost transparency is terrible in healthcare as is, but lying to patients so they’ll pick the option most profitable to the practice is disappointing. PA’s were great, Office Manager needs to be fired, would not go back Edit: received a follow-up call from the clinic to investigate this scenario and they addressed the issue. Really great practice to take the diligence to follow up and action on the feedback. Changed rating from 1 to 4.

I had 2 hand surgery’s with Patel and he saved my hand I wouldn’t go to any other doctor to be completely honest he also preformed a shoulder operation on me as well and I’m starting to feel like a new me thank you soo much Dr.Patel !!!

The wait is few hrs long. You come exactly for your appointment just to discover there are 20 more people in front of you. Secondly you will not see Dr. Patel you will see some assistant. Thirdly they will lie to you over the phone just to tell you want you want to hear but when you come to the office nobody will be aware of anything. Receptionist made mistake with my appointment so I had to come twice. Nobody calls you to confirm anything. Finally there were 3 people within an hr making a scene because of a horrible service they are getting. Just avoid this place unless you have nothing better to do

Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable. I am so glad and satisfied that I found him. I was in a lot of pain with severe tendonisis, which was previously diagnosed as carpal boss by other 2 doctors (city MD and Dr. Andrew from hands surgery). Dr. Vipul listened to me patiently and provided me with good treatment(customized cast and steroid injection). X-rays, injections are done on location. They do have a department in basement to give you customized cast, and they also have physical therapy section on top level. The cast staff is a very skilled and kind person. Lots of parking around the Brooklyn location. You just need to be a bit patient and look for it. Strongly recommend to go for early appointment to avoid wait time and parking hassle.
