VIPcare Ocala – 17th

Visiting in-laws in On Top of the World from out of town. I was looking for someplace with decent reviews. I was pretty sure I had an ear infection and knew I had a fever and wanted to get it treated since we were just starting our vacation. Urgent care places with decent reviews were hard to come by in the area (although there were LOTS of facilities). The facility is new. I made the trek on Easter Sunday. The experience was the best you'd typically hope for urgent care on a holiday. The nurse that checked me in was very nice and casual - which worked for me. I filled out the obligatory new patient paperwork and was seen fairly quickly. The nurse and Dr. Tanner were excellent - very personable. Dr Tanner was terrific. All business but not rushed, which is what I'd want in a doc. Certainl

Excellent fast care!!! Brought my mother in law in for visit. Staff was friendly and efficient!!! Got treated and on our way quickly. Meds called in locally n picked up fast! Cannot say enough good about them!!! Having x-ray capability was a huge plus as well!!! Very confident with the evaluation!!!

My visit here was wonderful the staff -the medical receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all very friendly and kind. They understood when I came in with excruciating pain from a Pinched Nerve that I could not sit down and allowed me to stand briefly in the waiting room because I did not have to wait long . I was seen quickly and given a shot to relieve the pain. My meds were immediately called in to my pharmacy so everything was ready when I arrived. I will definitely come back and will recommend it to others. It is a very nice Urgent Care Clinic, the staff was very nice and there was not a long wait.

First impression the waiting room was very clean, easy process to check in. We were brought into a room within 30 minutes, the Doctor was informative. My husband needed a scan on his leg we were walked to that area and walked back! I highly recommend this urgent care and thank them for their service!

The Nurse Practitioners and staff at Super Urgent care are awesome! They give great care, and are very professional. The wait times to be seen are reasonable. The lobby and rooms are comfortable and clean...front office staff are kind and courteous. I have been here a couple of times now and I am always impressed with the care I’ve received.
