Nature Park Dental

My child saw Dr Helmy. We were told they needed 7 fillings. I was in shock as they take great care of their teeth and havent missed a cleaning. I felt a little off with him doing them and can't exactly explain why. My mom gut was right. We got a second opinion with a doctor I trusted more right off the bat and she showed me that my child needs zero fillings. There were stains, not cavities. She showed me with her tool that there was absolutely no softness in any of the spots, only discoloration. My child would have gotten 7 unnecessary holes in her teeth from Dr Helmy. It is terrifying to think that he is giving this type of advice to his patients and people are believing him.

Everyone I encountered was very nice, on this my first visit, from the front desk to the Dentist. They took their time to understand my issues and did not make me feel rushed. The building is in a nice, shady, park like setting. It’s very peaceful and calming, great qualities for a dental office.

From the moment you walk-in this dental office, You are welcomed with smiling faces and a nice atmosphere . I have had crowns, bridges, cleanings and 1 implant. All the work was done very well and I now have my smile back! Can’t say enough good things about the staff, Dr.Mousa and Dr. Helmy.

Jessica at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. I saw the assistant first for xrays then a very thorough hygienist, Christine. An exam by the dentist and just a little recommendation for treatment. The first time we had gone to an in network office because we expected to get a "hard sell" for unnecessary dental work. Some corporate dental offices are knownfor that. So pleasantly surprised that was not the case! We will definitely be returning.

Both dentists are super nice, explain stuff so you get it, and are just really helpful. I've seen Lisa the hygienist a bunch because of my gum disease, and she's seriously amazing at her job! She's the most thorough hygienist I've ever had, and she's gentle, sweet, caring, friendly, and helps out however she can. The front desk receptionist Jessica is very sweet and remembers me by name now as well. I've told lots of people about this office, and my family is happy with them. Thank you all!
