Ocala Podiatry - Dr. Andrew Franklin

This was my 1st visit…Dr. Franklin and his staff were outstanding. I’ve been to many podiatrist and Dr. Franklin is by far the BEST. He took his time to listen to my history and then clearly explained my options. Remembering the pain & discomfort I’ve been through in the past, I was very nervous before the procedure. Dr. Franklin did not disappoint…he was very gentle and walked me through every step. I felt absolutely nothing and it was over before I knew it. His assistant was equally amazing, gentle and very informative. I especially appreciated the after care package that was available for purchase along with detailed instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin and wish I had found him sooner. Thank you Dr. Franklin & staff for your EXCELLENT patient care.

Its complicated. Through no fault of my own, my care needs are not the norm, so on my first visit to Ocala Podiatry, I expected skepticism/confusion about my condition(s), and lots of questions that I had already answered on-line in the new patient forms; however, none of these things happened. Of course questions were asked, but they were just confirmation questions about what I had filled out in the paperwork on-line. They are amazingly organized! They were pleasant when speaking with me, and it was clear they had actually read over all of my information, understood what I am dealing with, already had my insurance verified, and even knew my primary care, and pharmacy info! Dr. Franklin was very welcoming to me as a new patient but most importantly he took the time with me to address my concerns and discuss possible solutions. I liked that he did not say “let’s do surgery right away but offered a possible fix that might help alleviate the problem I had, for an extended period of time until I felt I was ready to have surgery to correct the issue completely. Dr. Franklin was very thorough and the entire staff was friendly and understanding. They all made me feel very comfortable and they really cared. Dr. Franklin truly wants to find a solution for my issue and I haven’t come across that here before.

Doctor Franklin and his staff are outstanding. Clean comfortable office easy parking very helpful front staff. He and his staff kept me informed all the way threw the procedure. One other thing that I found was awesome was a post care bag for purchase it had everything I need. You and your team ROCK!
