Vineyards Dental Care: Ilisa Stern, DMD

I am a dental hygienist so pardon me for being a tough critic. Dr. Stern is my parents’ dentist and today I accompanied my dad to an appointment. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The front office staff is wonderful and welcoming. The assistants are delightful and competent. The hygienists are exceptional. Dr. Stern is most gentle, compassionate, super friendly, and takes great pride in her work. Most of all, she is ethical. The space is clean and well-kept. Everyone seems to enjoy working together. This is definitely a place that is worth paying out of pocket for! You are in excellent hands here. (My dad has a true dental-phobia and he didn’t leave without hugging these people).

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Stern’s for over 8 years now. Her staff is so welcoming and compassionate. The staff is knowledgable, professional and respectful. I was pleased with the amount of time they spent explaining everything and equally impressed with the work I have had done there. I highly recommend Dr. Stern and her staff, this coming from someone who use to fear going to a dentist!!

I had the most pleasant dental experience at Dr Stern’s office. From making the appointment as a new patient, being greeted upon arriving, quickly taken in to start cleaning. All of the staff are very nice and thorough. My fears of going to a new dentist were quickly diminished with the hygienist’s, Molly, attention to my personal needs. I highly recommend this dentist and her staff to anyone!

They are the kindest dentist staff you will EVER encounter. Dr. Stern is the most genuine and kind dentist you'll find; not only is she knowledgeable and wise when it comes to caring for your smile, but she is SO NICE. You can tell she genuinely cares about each of her patients and, to me, that's a large part in any medical career. Knowing how to be polite and comforting goes a long way. Her staff are welcoming as well, and as someone who does not like the dentist, I was comfortable the whole time. I felt so welcomed and cared for! I recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist -- you will not regret it. :)
