Serenity Orthodontics - Braselton

The staff are very professional and kind! They always help me with what I need for submitting receipts to my FSA account. And doing Invisalign treatment was easy and convenient! My orthodontist did a great job!! I love my new smile!

Less than professional experience. My daughter had an initial visit (I think in September 2025), and was recommended to get a spacer, prior to braces. Paid for the spacer upfront and was told it would take 6 weeks to arrive. In the meantime, we were being charged $200 per month- while we waited on the spacer to arrive. We paid for the first month, and the second month came around, and the spacer still hadn’t arrived. In the meantime, we were still charged for treatment. Fast forward, the spacer arrives and we are told that she can’t get the spacer put in until the “past due balance” is handled…. A balance for no services rendered. I do not understand the logic of continuing to bill while we are waiting on an appliance. So now they are holding the spacer hostage, and we are $800 in debt. Ho

The location was very clean, the staff was all so pleasant and welcoming. They showed compassion for me and tended to me immediately with care. We worked out a plan for payments and I was serviced all under 2 hours. Would recommend the location and staff !

My daughter just had her braces removed. We are happy with the results! They took our dental insurance, their prices are reasonable and more affordable compared with other orthodontic offices in the area. Please shop around before you settle for one place. Everyone at the Braselton location was very nice, we particularly love Dr. Karolina Pert but everyone was very nice including the doctors and their assistants, and front desk. The office was always clean, and the waiting time was minimal in every visit. I highly recommend Serenity orthodontics (Braselton location).

I highly recommend this place! I got my braces as an adult and I will take my teenager in a few months when he is ready for his. They are thorough and do a great job at each visit. The staff is professional and understanding when I had questions.
