I am the Sales Director at a competitor, which should tell you everything! I put my grandmother at Stafford Suites, almost 2yrs ago, after getting to know their staff and their ED, Jessica. Stacy made my grandma feel as though she was the only resident. Katie and Christina, in nursing, have been an absolute blessing to my grandma and I. They are attentive, patient and highly compassionate (my grandma is a little needy and cynical). We are approaching 2yrs at Stafford and I cannot imagine putting my grandma anywhere else!!! A big thank you to this AMAZING team!!!

My brother and I moved Mom into Stafford Suites about 2 months ago. The staff has been wonderful; so helpful. I have only to call or email and they get back to me right away. Mom is adjusting to her new way of life, and the staff are always trying to make more connections with her. Such a safe, compassionate place! I encourage you to check them out!

We moved Dad into Stafford Suites assisted living facility three weeks ago, after he stopped bouncing between the hospital and a nursing home. Despite CDC COVID 19 regulations requiring him to be isolated from the other residents for his initial two weeks there, Dad's spirits grew greatly. I attribute this largely to Stafford's genuinely loving and caring staff. Dad's spirits continued to increase even move after he was able to interact with other residents. Amber, Katie, Jenn and all of the staff has been great. Denise has been exceptionally helpful in making sure that all of our questions were answered, coordinating Dad's move from the nursing home, and making sure that I was aware of Dad's needs. I highly recommend Stafford Suites.

After months of deliberating, in December 2020, my Mom and family decided on Stafford Suites Port Orchard for Mom's long-term care. The primary elements of the decision were safety, economics, comfort, and the staff diligence and friendliness. After a near month of residence, beyond being safe and comfortable, Mom is happier, healthier, socializing more now than she has been in years, and she is endeared to all the staff. In her own words, "They take good care of me and I'm happy." In the midst of this pandemic, I credit the extra efforts of Stafford personnel for my Mom's happiness and security.

Don’t pay attention to any reviews before May 2025. Now under new ownership (used to be called Stafford Suites), who is firing much of the staff. Moving my family member out. Avoid.
