Hands down the best eye care visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Vlad listened to my wants and is determined to find a contact that will fit my needs. The office staff was great too from check in to check out.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Office manager hung up on me when I tried to explain it's 9:07 to say I'm held up by a train & might be late.I was told I needed to be there by 9:10 and arriving by 9:20 (2 textes confirmed appt. time)already made me late. They're trying to correct their appt confirmation system, but arriving at 9:21 means I must reschedule.

I would highly recommend this office. The front desk workers were welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Petcov cared to listen to and thoroughly answer all of my questions. I felt well taken care of at myeyeDr!

Absolutely unprofessional and liars! They do not accept all insurances and then lie about it. They are very rude as well. They will never get a dime from me or my family ever!
