Vincent R. Sperandeo, D.N.P.

I met Dr. Sperandeo (Dr. Vinny) today for the first time at his practice. I found him very engaging and a no nonsense straight shooter (in a good way). He does not mince words on his plan for patient care. As he and I continued our discussion on my needs I immediately knew we had a connection and it was because he cared about me. He had an uncanny way of “coaching” me up and motivate me to start a new path for better health. He helped me with referrals to specialists which I needed and I look forward working with. I recently moved from upstate New York and needed to find new doctors. I was kinda apprehensive at first but after meeting Dr. Vinny, I truly believe I have found the right fit. What he did for me today was more than what I have received from previous medical care in a long time.

With My last primary care physician I always dreaded my yearly physical. The appointments never took place on time, and I always had to go out of the office for my bloodwork. This is not the case anymore! I'm now happy to call Dr Vinny my primary care physician. Dr. Vinny is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. If you want to know your health is in good hands look no further!

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Vinny the few times I met him. The fast pace conversations do make one anxious but he is always willing to answer any questions thoroughly. He does everything by himself so his office has an intimate feeling, although I am not a fan of having an intern in the exam room the whole time as I would feel more comfortable speaking only to the doctor about sensitive things. My last experience wasn't ideal. The confirmation text wasn't working, the office was hard to get a hold of, and his office billed my insurance company wrong. Instead of it being a covered "well visit" they coded it as an "office visit" so unbeknownst to me, I paid the co-pay. Then they have an office policy to charge another "office visit" just to speed read my 'normal' blood work on the

Always a great experience! I’ve been going to Dr. Sperandeo since before his practice moved locations into Port Jefferson. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Sperandeo is a quality medical provider ……. Listens intently, understands what you tell him, diagnosis’ issues properly, and provides common sense medical advice. Highly recommended.
