Dr.Nicastro is the best of the best. Great chairside manner, caring, excellent dentist. Ive used him for years and always so happy with the work he's done. Alongside him is his amazing assistant, Linda, who is also the best of the best. She's caring, always a smile and helps you to relax. Together, they are the dream team! And beautiful new office in beautiful Port Jeff.

He is honest and thorough. My teeth have never been in better condition. His staff is incredible and makes the visit that much better. One of the best dental office visits on Long Island! Not only is Dr Nicastro one of the best dentist he's a gentle wonderful sweet human being who does not want you to suffer pain. He stops to make sure you're tolerating the procedure well. His entire staff are excellent and professional. They answer the phone and are quick to get you appointments! I struck gold here!

The dental office is clean and inviting. Everyone is friendly! The front desk is always helpful with dental insurance questions and forms. The dental assistants and hygienists are great and, of course, Dr. Nicastro is not only an excellent dentist, but a kind and caring person. In the two decades plus, that I have been going to him, I can honestly say, I have not had a bad experience. Dr. Nicastro is our family dentist. In addition to me, my wife and children also go to him as well.
