We had a virtual appt. It began with him rolling his eyes with my description of symptoms for my granddaughter. He was just condescending & rude through out the appt. He’s not our normal Dr but he was the only one available to see us. Won’t be doing that again!
Dr. Coleman is very knowledgeable but his staff dropped the ball on getting referrals completed in a timely manner. Several follow up efforts were made and the staff didn't take ownership of there lack of service.
