Dr Puccio and his entire staff are amazing . Each and every person that works here is knowledgable , supportive and sweet as can be . My orthopedic dr snd the ER missed diagnosed me . I was told to start PT and during my initial exam Dr Puccio said I need an MRI because through his exam he felt I had more damage than reported . He was 100 percent correct . This office has me walking again and making good progress . I highly recommend this office

Dr. Puccio is a very nice person. The practice is clean and convenient however, the treatment failed to help because he was not able to listen to my descriptions of my issues. He treated me for a neck injury that I do have, but felt little discomfort with. My complaint was with my shoulder and he insisted he would fix my shoulder by fixing my neck. Despite my complaint that my pain continued to worsen and new Dr. orders required shoulder therapy, the therapy treatment remained the same. My shoulder got worse with each passing week. Fast forward I have very limited range of motion and sever pain. Specialist at HSS diagnosed Frozen Shoulder and advised I seek PT outside of Staten Island. If only they would listen to their patients! My complaint is in their ability to listen and respond.

Dr. Puccio and his staff have been exceptional in treating my shoulder recovery. They are the real deal. Kind, professional and truly dedicated to seeing people get better.

Dr Puccini is a very knowledgeable, competent and impressive physical therapist. He is also, a wonderful person. He has a great staff all of whom are equally terrific.

I have been going they for awhile now n now my husband is going also n we both couldn’t be happier Dr Vincent Puccio n his staff are absolutely amazing n extremely helpful they make you feel at ease n so welcoming you are not rushed n they help you any way they can always a smile n a big welcome I had a knee replacement n my husband has bad knees n also has MS well they can’t do enough for us would recommend them highly n so glad we found them n are near by don’t hesitate or worry give them a try you won’t regret it We thank them all n will miss them when we are finished n very professional n we even sneak in some laughs Well done n lets not forget the girls downstairs at the desk they are so nice n pleasant n helpful to so I want to thank them also 😊👍😊👍😊👍
