Pretty good massage. Accommodating and open till late. They will try to move your appointment if they can but they will honor your appointment.

Do not come here! My fiancé and I get massages 2 to 3 times a week at many locations and we wanted to try this location and I swear to you this was absolutely horrible. My lady rubbed oil on my back for literally 30 minutes with no pressure and then I could hear my fiancé next to me asking the lady to slow down and not so hard multiple times. The lady left out the room maybe about 3 to 4 times to answer the phone and deal with the customers, I get it if you're under staffed but the 30 minutes we stayed before walking out she rubbed my back for probably 15 of those minutes. I hate to do this and leave a review because I support small businesses. Also the lady before touching my back, she kept spitting into something in another room, and hawked a loogie (mucus) or maybe brushing her teeth or

I have been coming to this establishment for some time now and have always had good service. However, on this visit, it was disappointing. I scheduled a 2-hour appointment, and they had an opening for 7 pm. We confirmed my appointment (Pioneer location), and I arrived 10 minutes early and the door was locked (I believe because they may have been working on someone). I called and before the call finished, someone was at the door to open. After arriving early, they did not get me back into the room until approximately 7:10 pm. After getting dressed out (took about a minute), the actual massage did not begin until approximately 7:20 pm. The massage promptly ended at 9 pm (looking at the clock), and she said, "okay, bye" (not rudely, but as though she was rushing me out). Not even 5 minutes

I had an excellent one hour deep tissue massage with Yuko. She has been well trained on technique and spa etiquette. It was intense and her pressure was strong. Very professional.

First time at this location and it was a good experience. My masseuse Tan Ya was kind and she was very attentive to my needs. The one thing they do differently is that you pay first for your massage other than that everything is normal. Dont get bent outta shape because you're being asked to pay first it isn't anything against you. I will definitely be returning ☺.
