CVS Pharmacy

I have been using this Pharmacy for years! Ron & Aaron have been the best personalities who care and know your name. This is not a commercial, it is real. It's nice to know in major cities there are still people who care and look out for your. Their professionalism and Customer Service is beyond reproach. - There is a new Pharmacist who just answered real questions and was super helpful. This is the place to go! Friendly and respectful staff. I am always greeted with a smile and called by my name. Sometimes I have to wait for a prescription- but not often. I simply requested that Ronal, the Pharmacist order more. I also appreciate Aaron who is really polite and personable.

There was 1 pharmacy tech and 1 pharmacist talking and laughing with no customers at the time I asked them for help and they refused to help or call for help because they said they only work for "CVS pharmacy". We went to a different place and they didn't have the item but they suggested other places were we could find it even though "that was not the place"were we could've get it. Their willingness to help make me want to go back to their place, but for sure I will have people I know that get their prescriptions or mine somewhere else. Terrible customer service experience there. The guys kept talking and laughing like if they were at the circus.

The Pharmacy is super small. They have a limited number of meds and have to order meds when a request comes in It is located across the street from Chase Bank and same shopping mall as Hobby Lobby. The staff are sometimes very nice and others extremely rude and unhelpful. They are NOT 24hrs and only open at 8 am.
