Tiffanie Villasana, PA, is without question the most exceptional endocrine provider I have encountered in Houston. In a city filled with highly trained specialists, she stands apart. Her bedside manner is impeccable, calm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. She listens with intention, asks thoughtful questions, and approaches each concern with intellectual rigor and clinical precision. For personal health reasons, I needed to avoid prolonged exposure in waiting areas. She handled this with remarkable consideration and discretion, ensuring my time in the office was minimal while never compromising the quality of care. Where should I start? First off she is a P.A. not M.D. She has one patient she misdiagnosed for diabetes and it turned out to be a thyroid issue. Biggest complaint is she prescribed a diabetic medication to a patient and the medicine wasn't readily available at (patients) pharmacy (walgreens) so the medicine wasn't available to patient 100% of time. Patient brought this to her attention and nothing was proactively done to remedy this problem. She put note on patient's file that an office visit was mandatory for next month's subscription fill. This woman is far from being an endocrinologist, and way far off from being a credible doctor. She is a medical pirate only out for monetary gain.

Tiffanie is personable, professional & knowledgeable . She always explains things in depth, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. I would highly recommended her.
