Village Way Veterinary

My lab got very sick on a Saturday, and since my vet is closed on the weekends, I called several other vets within about 30 minutes of my home. No one could see my dog until I spoke to Carson at Village Way Veterinary. She was so caring and compassionate and told us to bring Jax in as soon as we could. When we arrived about 35 minutes later, Joslyn came out to us and took Jax inside. She, too, was sweet, caring, understanding, and patient. Jax was seen almost immediately by Dr. Gabby Elders, who was very kind, caring, thorough, and professional. We really appreciate Village Way and their amazing staff for taking in a sick dog that wasn't even one of their regulars. They all went above and beyond and should be commended for their caring attitude.

I’m new to the area and stumbled upon this wonderful place for my pups. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can really feel that compassion matters here. The veterinarian who saw my dogs was amazing—she was so calm and gentle that my dogs, who usually bark, didn’t bark at all with her or the technician. That alone says a lot. I’m really happy I found a place I can trust to care for my dogs.

Dr. Arfmann and Joselyn took care of Baylee this time. They were both very sweet and patient with her. This place always makes me feel very comfortable and I know I can trust their care and judgement when it comes to taking care of my precious girl. I recommend them to everyone I know that has a pet and needs a vet.

Professionalism and courtesy from the minute we arrived. We have two kittens and Patsy took time to explain every step being taken and sharing the cost associated with each step. Dr. Ellers was patient and informative as well. It was a costly visit but it was a thorough one

Great experience! Was greeted with a smile from Brooke and Tala. The clinic had a great smelling candle and I was offered a nice cold beverage. My tech Diana was great!
