Village Therapy Works

I initially reached out to this OT clinic and was told someone would get back to me within a day or two. Three weeks later, after multiple phone calls and follow-ups from my side, someone finally called—only to say my insurance was “out of state.” I have BCBS PPO Texas, so that didn’t make sense. Turns out they had mixed up my file with someone else’s. After that mix-up, another week went by before I heard from anyone again. This time, I was told they were short-staffed and the earliest they could schedule evaluation was a month away. That would have been understandable—if anyone had communicated it earlier. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks with no updates, wrong information, and zero accountability. It’s disappointing and stressful to have to chase a Clinic that is so disorganized

I started just a month ago and already have seen an amazing response with my son. Ms Shehzeen is so attentive and gives me amazing feedback for me to work with him at home. The whole staff is so welcoming, my other son doesn’t attend but always tags along and loves the waiting area, he also looks forward to coming once a week with me to village therapy works!

We have had two children receive speech therapy from Mrs. Ashley. She is kind, patient, inspiring and a true delight. My kids have LOVED each session with her. She made their struggles fun and encouraged them forward. The front staff has been very accommodating and I love their business as a whole. I have highly recommended VTW to anyone looking for help.

We can’t say enough great things about Village Therapy Works! Haneen was my son’s speech therapist and we absolutely loved her. She’s so kind, easy to talk to and work with, and most importantly helped my son’s speech tremendously. He looked forward to his weekly appointment with her. We will definitely miss her!! Laura, the Office Manager, was so helpful and easy to talk to as well. She helped guide us through this process seamlessly! Again, we can’t recommend this team enough!!

My child started going to Village Therapy Works for speech at 2.5 years. This practice is absolutely wonderful! I have watched my child's language grow exponentially in 6 months. The therapist is so hands on and always has feedback at the end of each visit. Parents leave knowing what happened during the session and what we can do to supplement until the next visit. Laura at the front desk handles the majority of scheduling and is always willing to help. I highly recommend Village Therapy Works for your Speech/OT needs!
