Village Pediatric Dental

It was both of my daughters’ first visit to the Dentist today. Fantastic experience! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! They were so kind, patient and informative! My daughters had such a great experience for their very first time seeing Dr. Morgan, and her wonderful staff!

I highly recommend Dr. Linda Morgan and her team at Village Pediatric Dental. Prior to finding Dr. Morgan, my son had dental work done at a different dentist who made comments that lead me to question the accuracy of the diagnosis. I did some research and found Dr. Morgan (who is one of the only pediatric dentists in Massachusetts that is certified to do white/tooth colored crowns on baby teeth, which is what we thought my son would need at the time). Dr. Morgan's office is about 30 minutes from our home, however it was worth the commute. Dr. Morgan not only corrected the poor work of the other dentist, but my son was able to avoid needing a crown and was able to have a filling instead. Dr. Morgan is honest, talented and caring. I would suggest anyone looking for quality dental care for their child to avoid this practice. We saw Dr. Morgan for a procedure that should have been an easy fix, but left with a traumatic experience for my child and myself. When we asked Dr. Morgan how this could have happened she was extremely defensive, rude and unprofessional. She never once followed up to check on him after a dental emergency occurred. We are still dealing with the after effects of her care and my child will have lifelong issues because of it. This was not the first time I had an issue with her, and wish I had switched practices sooner. I truly believe this would not have happened under the care of a different dentist.

My daughter (4 yo) just had her first visit with Dr Morgan and it was fantastic. She is very curious and has some sensory sensitivity, our hygienist Julie put my daughter at ease, showing her all the tools, taking the time to let her touch and play with the instruments, and ask questions. Calming friendly environment from the moment you walk through the door. My daughter said it was fun and everyone was nice.

My children were patients of Dr. Morgan for 3 years until one of them had a traumatic experience at this practice. Dr. Morgan planned to extract four teeth from my son at one appointment (which should have been a red flag to me). The lidocaine did not work for my son, but Dr. Morgan proceeded anyway, despite that fact that he was screaming in pain. We are still working through the psychological effects months later. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
