A painful molar sent me to a new dentist (not Dr. Tufa) recommended by my neighbors. I was told I needed a “core build-up” plus a crown. My insurance wouldn’t cover it, so my out-of-pocket cost would be $3,287. Also, I was told to get the work done immediately or I might need a root canal that would jack the cost up further. Almost fell for it. Then a friend recommended Dr. Tufa. Three months after she strengthened the tooth’s outer surfaces, it still feels fine. Insurance did partially cover this procedure. Total cost to me: $99.27. I am beyond delighted with Dr. Tufa.

I have been visiting the dentist every six months for pretty much my entire adult life. I have not had any major tooth repairs in the past. Unfortunately, I have had a cracked tooth and a broken tooth since the first of this year. I have gotten to know Dr. Tufa and the staff at the Acton Smile Hub too well! I have been more than impressed with how quickly the Acton Smile Hub was able to get me in for these appointments. The evaluation was extremely thorough. The explanation of the treatment options was very clear and concise. The fitment of the temporary crown was so good that I actually tried to keep it as permanent! The fitment of the permanent crown was even better. The cost for the service was more than fair and not a shocker considering the time and “artistry” involved. Moral of this
