Fast, so friendly. There is a drive up window the response at the drive up is instantly the pricing is very good. You have the option to text your refill which is very convenient for me because I always forget to call and for me The location is perfect.

I text my prescription refills in hours or an entire day ahead of time each month. They NEVER have it ready, I sat for 20 minutes waiting on my refill this week only to be giving one that was incorrect and waited another 10 or 15 minutes to be corrected. Never apologized, just rudely gave me the refill. Then they said one had to be ordered and would be ready the next day and they would call me, it has been 3 days and I don't ever expect to hear from them.

Village Drugs is a wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacists and the staff are so kind, compassionate and some of the greatest people you would wish to meet. They are accurate on their scripts and overall, I cannot say enough good things about them. Give them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have consistently received outstanding customer service at the Florence location of this pharmacy. The difference compared to other places—like Publix, even before their service started to decline—is night and day. I’ve tried nearly every local pharmacy, and while many have been good, this one stands out as the absolute best. One thing I really appreciate is how the staff proactively comes out to assist cars waiting in line, so you’re not stuck waiting until you get to the window. It’s a small gesture that makes a huge difference, especially on busy, stressful days when I’m rushing from work and juggling errands. This level of care and thoughtfulness really sets them apart.
