Pediatric Dentistry of Florence

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cruise and his team. My daughter needed a cavity filled, and after a not so great experience with her regular dentist, we were nervous. Thankfully, Dr. Cruise was incredibly patient and kind. His entire staff was calming and reassuring, which made a big difference. The procedure itself was quick, and the environment helped ease my daughter’s nerves. She was happily distracted by a Disney movie playing on the ceiling while listening through the headphones they provided. Afterward, She said she rates this place a million, and she told me she should come here more often. I told her I hope not for cavities, anyway! ;) I highly recommend Dr. Cruise for pediatric dental care, especially if your child needs a little extra comfort and patience.

Our LO had a level 4 lip tie and a 2/3 tongue tie. Dr. Cruise laid it out that the procedure could assist in some of her gassy/reflux issues or it may not. He laid it out straight but didn’t push. He was great on the prep, procedure, and post care. Highly recommend Dr. Cruise and his staff for anyone who has tie revision concerns!

My daughter and i really love it here. The atmosphere is just right for the young ones. The check in and appointment time is acceptable also the staff are kind and helpful. The dentist is always respectful, kind and always available to speak with and answer any questions of family no matter how busy they are.

Kind staff. Dr. Cruise is a very nice and professional dentist. He took time to talk to me personally and discuss my child’s care. Highly recommended!

We absolutely love Dr Cruise and his staff. They have been incredible from the very beginning, when my oldest had a terrible toothache. I have went to him for my infants lip tie, and he was so informative of the procedure and made me feel at ease. I don't typically like dentists, but I am so glad I found this team for my children that I have referred family members and even their friends to check them out even though they live further away.
