If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not reply to emails. They do not give you a dental plan. He literally just put on my braces the same day I went in for a consultation with NO PLAN and just started doing stuff. They are never prepared for my appointment. All the dental assistants are incompetent and have not clue what they are doing. They need direction for every move they make. My insurance overpaid them and they have yet to refund me. Everyone there is bad at their job. Very low skilled clinic. My teeth are worse now then before I went here. I'm now paying $6000 at a new dentist to fix my teeth from what they did to me. MY TEETH LOOKED WAY BETTER BEFORE I WENT HERE! Biggest mistake of my life, I only need 1 tooth fixed and now ALL of my teeth are messed up, crooked

This place does not respect their patients’ time. They clearly care more about overbooking their dentists to make the most money in a day than providing quality service. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. They called me at 11:00 AM asking if I could come in at 12:30 PM instead. I told them I couldn’t because I had a busy day, and even offered to reschedule for another time. I was told no, that they could still see me at 12:00 PM. I showed up on time, only to sit in the waiting room until 12:28 PM with no update and no respect for my schedule. I ended up walking out. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

PLEASE do NOT come here! No vengan aqui. The staff here is extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. My mom came here to get work done and now she has to get it fixed somewhere else and pay out of pocket $3,000 to fix the horrendous job they did. Even the new place she went to was very shocked at the work this place did. My mom got crowns done and they were too small. Since the process started, my mom was in a lot of pain and the process just didn't seem normal. 1. I think the doctor shaved off way too much, 2. The temp crowns kept falling off and hurt, 3. when the actual crown was placed, it hurt a lot. These people cemented the crown knowing it did not fit and it was not the correct size. Went in two months ago and they did two simple fillings and they still hurt a lot I went back and they did nothing the Asian dentist messed up my mouth the worst thing is that they didn't hurt one bit before I went in

I have been coming here for almost 3 years and because of the wonderful staff and welcoming environment I will continue to come with my son and enjoy my visits. Cassandra the new front desk manager was absolutely lovely she handled my concerns with care and diligence. She is heaven sent. The staff here makes the whole experience worth every co pay.
