Great experience at this dental office! Kristina was my assistant and she was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Puranam was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. Nicolette has a great attitude and is always so nice. The whole team is welcoming and the office is very clean. Highly recommend!

Dr. Puranam and dental hygienist/assistant Kristina treated two of my cavities with fillings today and my treatment was excellent. They make a wonderful team together and got straight to work telling me step-by-step the procedure which gave me reassurance and comfort as this was my first time experiencing this. Over the years my wife and I have visited many dental facilities, North Raleigh Village Dental is outstanding. They have figured out the formula for operating a dental facility that truly cares for its clients interests. From the front desk to the examination rooms to the private offices all of the personnel are warm, friendly and professional. It is clean, comfortable and inviting. Soft music welcomes you into a comfortable waiting area and you are greeted by a courteous and efficient front desk associate. Dental assistants welcome you to your appointment and deliver flawless exams. The dental surgeon performed what was in my view a difficult extraction without pain during or after and was proficient in after care instructions. They are as they describe in their advertisements The Future

My first visit to a new dentist today 2/24/26! Wonderful service and happy, I chose this dental provider. I will be returning in the future. Staff are awesome and wonderful 💯. I am also telling my family and friends about the attentive service.
