Village Care of King

Our family cannot thank the team at Village Care enough for the incredible love and attention they showed my husband's grandparents. It was so clear that the staff absolutely loved them both. Seeing them happy and well-cared for gave our family such peace of mind. It’s a beautifully managed facility filled with people who genuinely care.

Edit: I contact the complaince # and reported my concerns. Including giving an antibiotic longer than warranted to a patient with history of secondary infection from antibiotics. **** Facility closed report without any communication. **** Edit to include nursing and Director of nursing called My mother by another patients name twice. Makes you wonder if they got medicine and meals mixed up too. I am a nurse and went in knowing they have a lot of patients and care would not be excellent but they didn't have to do much for mom and being reminded everyday and still not doing what they were supposed to is scary***My mother was sent to this facility for rehab. The physical therapist and occupational therapist were "5" star. My mother stayed for 1 week after a new diagnosis of Congestive Heart f

Compassion and care centered patient approach is the motto. There are so many that you will see go above and beyond that it becomes a staple of care to meet.

My mother was assisted at Village Care Rehab for 2 months after a fall. She is 92 and got wonderful care, compassion and encouragement. The facility is well maintained but the staff are all excellent from maintenance. CNA, Nursing to therapist! Our family is so grateful for her care and so close to home was a big bonus!

My husband was recommended to Village Care of King by the Veterans Affairs. It was a the best for his needs, although an hour both way for me. The have the nursing staff the best we have found.In addition, the staffing is the greatest. Everything I bring up about my husband's needs are addressed immediately.
