I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this office today during a root canal procedure. It takes a lot to get me numb, and I communicated that clearly beforehand. Unfortunately, once the procedure began, I could still feel everything he was doing. After drilling into my tooth and realizing I was in pain, he stopped and told me he couldn’t give me any more numbing medication and would have to send me somewhere “with more experience.” By that point, I had tooth particles and saliva in my mouth and asked if I could spit. I was told to just swallow. I had to advocate for myself before finally being allowed to spit, which was uncomfortable and upsetting. Very friendly staff & the Dr is wonderful. He always makes sure I’m comfortable. My front tooth was chipped and he completely restored my smile. Wonderful people, highly recommend!

I was super nervous about going to the dentist the staff was super friendly and made the experience great!! Will definitely be making this my normal dentist! If you need a new dentist I highly would recommend you to check them out!

I had great experience! (My appt was on 3-4-26) I originally was supposed to go in for an exam/cleaning but ironically the night before I broke my tooth while eating something and Dr. Basserri was able to fit in an extraction for me considering I was in so much pain. He and his staff were all very friendly and professional. He made sure I was numb and I felt NOTHING! Also told me if I started to feel pain over pressure then to raise my hand, he was not rough at all, just enough to pull my tooth out. Would definitely recommend. And will most definitely be returning.
