I was very well taken care of. All of the staff were friendly and very encouraging. Most of the food was excellent. Of course not everyone likes everything but they were very accommodating when you didn’t care for something. The therapists were excellent and explained everything to you. They also made a lot of it fun so it wasn’t boring. I highly recommend Villages at the Greene.

This place is truly disturbing. The nurses as well as all the higher ups are a bunch of liars. A man named Phil lied to my grandma about transport when she needed to go to the hospital and then he left for the day! Would not recommend this place at all for your loved ones and the elderly. They truly just do not care about what they do or who comes through those doors to help your family even if they are a serial liar like Phil.

This place is disgusting. My mother was here and the way they treated her was disgusting. The nurse that was caring for her told us that she was only allowed 3 bowel bags and would have to clean her own bowel bag and reuse it which is totally outrageous. She urinated all over herself numerous times and was left to sit in it for hours . We would ring her call light for assistance and they would take 20 minutes to answer it . She was afraid to sleep in her bed because she was afraid of falling out of her bed which happened 2 times due to neglect of the nurses leaving the side rails down . The room was dirty and when we complained about it they finally came in and half cleaned the room. We had to inquire about her shower schedule because she smelled at times and looked like she hadn't been sho

This place has me seriously concerned and I am researching how and who to report them to. My siblings and my daughter have been calling the main line for 2 days and no staff will answer any phone number listed. My mother's phone in her room doesn't work and she waited over 2 hours for a nurse to respond.

My mom ended up at Village at the Greene in rehab after a fall. She needed more care than just rehab because of dementia. She lived in the memory care unit for almost three years. The staff worked closely with me caring for mom. Most of them became close to us and we felt like family at Village at the Greene. Mom was happy there and liked the staff and the food. The staff also helped me adjust and learn about how to interact with a person with dementia. The staff was very caring and kind to both me and mom. I recently went back to check on a friend's mom and the staff there greeted me like family, with hugs and memories. Village at the Greene was the best place for mom.
