We had our little dog Tommy neutered last week, and they handled everything with a great level of care. From labs to the procedure and aftercare. The prices were very reasonable and they didn't even charge me for the follow up appointment. Great experience all around!

I am so thankful for this practice. Dr. Lucero and Dr Roberts have been so good with my 3 cats and in helping me adjust to having a cat with diabetes; informing me thoroughly, gently handling my cats. The entire staff has been wonderful and it makes such a difference to know they are compassionate as well as competent.

Dr. Roberts has been incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, detail-oriented, conscientious, and collaborative across many health conditions in my aging dogs. She has done an amazing job figuring out and addressing complicated medical concerns and has been outstanding at communication with me, answering all my questions, and coordinating with my dog’s other doctors. Up until now, I found the pricing to be reasonable. I have a cocker spaniel which gets ear infections. I was shocked when I was charged $270. Treating for ear infections is relatively quick and not that costly. The is the first time I met the front desk person, who held firm to the price when questioned. As a sanity check, I reviewed old bills and talking to another veterinarian to confirm the excessive charges. I also had a hard time understanding the bill codes. It's disappointing because I find the staff and service to be excellent!
