Ms. Jenny has been a constant source of support for my son since his ASD diagnosis 6 years ago. It was Covid when they started therapy and through two masks, she was able to work her magic. His language has grown ever since and I credit SpeechFamily with teaching our son how to converse and communicate in a meaningful, organized and intentional way. She has fostered his interests, eased his anxieties and provided a consistency and care that is rare among providers. Jenny and her staff are incredible. I continue to refer families to her, confident that whoever walks through her door is in the best hands.

I’ve been with Speech Family since they first opened, and they truly have become part of our family. When my daughter was very young, she was diagnosed with speech apraxia. By age 5, she could only say a handful of words. As a parent, it was heartbreaking — she knew exactly what she wanted to tell us, but the words just wouldn’t come out. She was frustrated, and so were we. We had tried a few speech therapists before, and while they were “fine,” we never saw much progress, and we often felt like just another case on their schedule. That all changed when we found Speech Family. Jenny and her team embraced our daughter like if she was one of their own. They worked with her patiently, consistently, and with much love. At Speech Family, you will find the most compassionate and knowledgeable clinicians. Alicia makes each session educational and also importantly, fun! Your child will not feel that their sessions are “work” but rather structured play that helps them meet their goals. My child is motivated to attend her speech sessions with Alicia even after a full day of school. The child-lead, play based approach to therapy is gentle and effective. Your child will feel loved here, it truly is a family!
