Villa Toscana At Cypress Woods

A resident here just assaulted me by hitting me and was going to hit me again with hangers. I called police because these people always passively side with her because she has dementia. She's stealing my mom's clothing. She's now hit me. What's next? If she kills me or my poor mother " oh she has dementia". It's gone too far and I'm tired of it.

I admitted my friend whom I take care of at home on Dec 3rd. I knew I was taking a chance with this facility. This was my friend's home for 1 yr and 6 months. I needed to go out of town for over a month. I took a step of faith and reached out to Antonio for a possible admission. Antonio is great. My friend was approved. I was so grateful. When I was told what hallway she was going to be staying. I knew it was a possibility it wasn't going to

I want to say thank to the awesome staff at this facility. I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were very friendly and professional at all times. I likes that this home was always clean and kept in excellent condition.The food was better than a five star restaurant brakefast lunch and dinner. I wouldn't recommend another place to send a loved one. Special thanks goes to my PT Helen and Alexis. My recovery nurses Lerline Robin Adrian Betty Joann Margie Tiara and Linda. I can't forget about my Med nurses Feda Tunde and Yemi.Ms. Vanessa Mr.Robert were always attentive to my needs and concerns Honestly I can go on naming names because everyone had been part of my recovery. I couldn't do it without you. If ever need another nursing facility again I'll be coming back here. Thanks again

My love one has resided in this nursing facility for 3 years or more. I have been very pleased with her level of care. I have always been made aware of any and ALL changes with her condition. She has received exceptional care while residing here. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to entrust their love one in the hands of others. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and odor free. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE WONDERFUL STAFF!

My Sister is a resident there at Villa Toscana and we have had a positive experience so far with them. The nurses have been so kind and very informative to me. They show concern and compassion. The admissions staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Stephanie and Brenda that I have met. Stephanie really helped me so much with all the paperwork involved and she was always available if I had a question. Everyone I have come across have been super nice. They have made a very positive change in my Sister and she is so happy there.
