I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with your dental clinic. I had scheduled a dental cleaning appointment with your office six months ago. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my insurance plan is no longer accepted and that I could not be seen. I was not given any prior notice regarding this change, nor was there any attempt to contact me in advance to cancel or reschedule the appointment. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I waited half a year for this appointment, only to have my time wasted and my plans disrupted with no explanation or apology. I have been a patient of Dr Olga’s for the past 7 years. I’ve always loved her work, she is a perfectionist! She is friendly, compassionate and very professional. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but I know I’m in good hands with Viktory Dental. The entire staff is friendly and courteous too and makes you feel welcome.
