I had the opportunity to work closely with Marina, and seeing her practice firsthand made it clear why patients trust her so deeply. She is kind, grounded, and deeply attentive, while maintaining clear, respectful boundaries that create a safe and trusting environment for healing. Words cannot express how much I appreciate Healing Touch Physical Therapy on Bustleton Pike in Feasterville PA. I came in for lower back pain which was very painful and I could barely move my right leg. For more then two weeks I couldn't sleep because of the pain and need an assistance with walking. Marina Sperling was incredible in every way. Marina is amazing--very intuitive, thorough, patient, capable, intelligent and absolutely adorable!!!! While she clearly has experience in her field, my time here was honestly disappointing. I was treated like I didn’t matter. Out of all her patients, I was probably in the worst physical condition, yet somehow I was treated the coldest for seemingly no reason. There were moments where I was visibly struggling, and instead of empathy, I’d catch her laughing or glancing at someone like my pain was amusing. It was unnecessary and honestly cruel. You can tell a lot about someone by how they treat others at their lowest. I never caused problems, never raised my voice, and always showed up hoping to get better.
