I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tarugu and their entire team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Tarugu took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The team was also exceptional—efficient, friendly, and always ready to assist. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommend Dr. Tarugu and his team for anyone seeking top-notch gastroenterology care!

Literally the worst place I’ve ever been. Yelled at by MARIA in the office . She scheduled me an appointment without my consent . Told me I had two options and chose it for me instead of asking me where and when I can attend my appointment. Keep in mind I work from 5:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday working construction . I told her I did not ask for that & told her I needed her to cancel it. She raised her voice at me and told me “No You have to cancel your appointment “ & was insanely rude . I asked for a manager or to talk to Tarugu. She told me she would take a message and wouldn’t give me any way to constant anyone . She hung up on me multiple times . Told me I had to pay to talk to Tarugu about HER . I literally have never been disrespected so bad by anyone in my whole life . How that

Dr. Tarugu makes me feel very confident about having a colonoscopy. He listens to my concerns and gives me a sense of reassurance. His office staff is friendly, and Dr. Brown, the anesthesiologist, is very reassuring, too. The whole experience was very nice, and I would definitely refer my friends and family if the need presented itself.

At Dr. Tarugu's office I encountered several issues, including: Incorrect preparation instructions: Being told to perform two "preps" when only one was required which lead to unnecessary discomfort. The lack of concern for my health and my high blood pressure and feeling jittery should have been addressed with more urgency and concern by the staff at that time. I was not provided enough medication refills to get me through until my next appointment that they scheduled for me. The difficulty obtaining medication refills, the delays in responding to Walgreens' refill requests and the subsequent difficulty in communicating with the office manager, Michelle, who failed to provide a solution and created unnecessary stress with her rude and unhelpful communication.
