Had my second eye exam in my lifetime here. I found out I actually do have astigmatism (like my mother and brother), and my vision is slightly bad. Not terrible, but enough to need glasses. The Doctor is super nice, and educated me on everything he did. I had a very positive experience here. They also have the retina scanning device, and it really doesn’t cost much with insurance copay. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re new to eye exams or have experience, this doctor is very good.

The dr is absolutely one of the kindest people I have talk to in a long time. The business is a very warm friendly place and they make you feel welcome.

I was greeted right away. That is a 10 + score. My boys were checked in & waiting time wasn't long. Staff were all amazing. Eye Doc made every detail clear about both my boys vision. Very down to earth gentle man. Very curtious and polite. Love that they have a variety of different colors and brands of frames for kids.

Never going back. Dr, Bartel was nice ish but said some very weird things. Almost as if he was trying to show off. Talked about how much money he makes. And how good he is. I don’t trust ppl that are very cocky about their job bc that usually means they do a bad job. But I still went to him and even took my partner. Well, the contacts prescribed to me 3 different times are still burning my eyes and I’m having problems with them. He also ended up messing up my partners prescriptions. That’s why my partner was having problems too. I tried the other doctor lady Janna parramore. She seemed very unprofessional. She rushed the appt, was harsh, referred to me as “chica”. She was also very unsanitary. My contacts did not improve after her checkup they were actually WORSE. I saw that after my appoi
