**Edited to say-the number they comment on these reviews with is the office number! You CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE when you call-so that is not going to help!!!! My dad has been a patient since the 90's. He is elderly and 83 years old. He cannot walk and has a wheelchair and totally dependent on oxygen. I have hired around the clock care (a CNA) that transports him to his doctor appts. She is very good about putting myself or my mother on speaker when the doctor is in the room. I work a full time job and as often as my dad has to go to the doctor-it is impossible to get off work each time! My mom is elderly and unable to walk. My dad was seen in the ED last Wednesday-his cancer navigator had to call the office-because when my mother left a message with the nurse-stating he needed to

Dr Gerrard was a great doctor. However the office was dirty and showed neglect from the time I walked in the front door. Coat rack had cobwebs. I was asked to empty my bladder, but the commode seat was covered in urine. I asked to use another restroom. When I entered the exam room I noticed dead worms piled in the area I was seated.

Where to begin? The parking lot is always difficult to navigate, the staff and the providers don't seem to be on the same page. Poor customer service is evident soon after arrival. Their motto seems to be we are the only Urologist in town so we don't really need to try hard. More than one of the Doctors at this practice have a reputation of being rude and difficult to work with. If you need a Urologist and it has to be local...good luck!

The office staff lies to patients blaming their lack of willingness to schedule necessary surgery on the "new system" despite the qualified physicians instructing them to schedule. The staff is uncooperative and argumentative with no concern for the patient's best interest or well-being. This practice should be avoided.

I have seen some post about doctor willis. I had a very horrible experience with her.I have had serious trouble with UTI for years. I am in the hospital now my second trip this month.I have a serious uti that is R to a mouth antibiotics. She said my urine sample was yellow i have a pic of it.Its red.She said lesions on my kidney was jumping out of my kidney from a cyst inside my kidney and jumping back in.lol My husband is seeing dr Gerrard i asked him if I didn't like a dr could I see another one him and his nurse both told me yes.on that Friday that my husband saw him i told him what was wrong he said constipation causes uti.he said see a gi and he would see me.i had a uti that day and couldn't pee ended up in hospital.
