Vienna Springs Health Campus

My dad recently completed a stay at Vienna Springs and our family is truly grateful for the care he received. The staff treated him with patience, dignity and genuine compassion. They took the time to understand his needs, his personality and what would help him and my mom feel supported during a difficult time. The facility is very well maintained but it is the people who make it exceptional. The kitchen and activities staff did great work and helped to keep the atmosphere positive and engaging. We especially want to recognize a few standout staff members who went above and beyond: Emily, MJ and Chloe.

Transitioning a loved one from their house to assisted living is often difficult. There are personal worries and uncertainties. There are also a lot of places to explore for assisted living and, believe me, they are not all the same. We moved my mother (& later my older brother) into Vienna Springs last year. Their facility is absolutely incredible and kept up very well. BUT, that's not what makes Vienna Springs a great place. It's the PEOPLE who work there that make it a wonderful place to be. The employees are very genuine and truly love serving others. They have been VERY helpful to my family and we wouldn't want our loved ones at any other place. Great Facility PLUS Incredible People = Vienna Springs!

Vienna Springs is by far the best facility for your loved ones. One of the many benefits that I love is that they have all facets of care in one building. From independent living to short term rehab. They have it all!!

I was in rehab for three weeks there. I just wanna give a shout out for some of the kindest nurses I've ever encountered.Emily Dorris she made me smile every day . Danielle Stockmem always had time to talk to me and explain any questions I needed answers to. Amy Johnson so helpful all the time she always had time to check on you and see if you needed anything. These employees go above and beyond their job description. I wanted to also thank The workers in the café that works so hard every day. This was definitely a positive experience.

My wife has been a resident of Vienna Springs for almost 3 months and she has been very happy with the staff there, the rehab therapists especially. Everyone treats her with respect and notifies me of any issues that may arise with her stay. Facility is clean and we can't say enough about the helpful aids, they help her get out of bed every morning and make sure she is ready for her day. The business, nursing and social staff have been great, helping us with her travel to doctor visits, excellent place to spend her rehab time. Would highly recommend Vienna Springs.
