Nazare is 10/10 the best massage I have ever had. I’ve been to several massage therapists and spas and never had the experience I just had at Vida Bodyworks. UNREAL. The music, the vibe, and just her energy was so comforting and wonderful. I will never recommend or go to anyone else as long as she is near by.

The best massage I've ever had. Nazaré is both highly intuitive and skilled. I'm a big guy and she has the ability to deliver the deep pressure I need. Many therapists I've been to just don't have the strength to apply that kind of pressure consistently. Highly recommend Vida Bodyworks compared to other massage therapists in the area.

I just had the best massage EVER! Nazare was the best massage therapist I have ever had. Even before the massage started she was able to see "the problems" She completely understood what my body needed and used the right amount of pressure. Can't wait to go back to her when I am in town next time!
