I was battling CPPS symptoms for the past couple months. As a man, it was a very low point of my life. Dr. Sara helped me through the tough time, assigned treatment activities that tailored to my needs. After couple months of treatments, I have fully recovered and gained back my life. I liked the no pressure, 1 to 1 atmosphere she provided.

From our very first session, Sara was the perfect combination of professionalism, compassion, and encouragement. She always met me exactly where I was—physically and emotionally—without judgment, and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Working with her before and after the birth of my second child was one of the best decisions I made. Sara helped me prepare my body with confidence, and her support during postpartum recovery was invaluable. Thanks to her guidance and expertise, I was able to heal properly, rebuild my strength, and return to activities I never thought would feel good again—I'm even running now, completely pain-free! She truly has a gift for this work, and I am so grateful for the care and empowerment she provided throughout my journey.
