My first visit with a practitioner since moving back to PA after 13 years in FL. I found Ms Kissinger to be very condescending, unprofessional, evasive, and unfriendly. She made me feel as though I was making up my symptoms. She did NOT even want to see my prior list of diagnosis from a Medical Doctor/Orthopedic Surgeon from Clearwater, FL. I will be consulting a different Practitioner who is in sync with Lumbar problems.

Did not care for her dismissive arrogant attitude. Refused to setup a appointment with the actual surgeon after she ordered a expensive imaging test. Told me she call me with the results. I called the office and they told me the surgeon is supposed to review the test results with the patient in person, they set up appointment. I would not have surgery with Dr Hernandez because this PAc assists in surgery.
